Our centre is situated in the beautiful town of Tumut and is in Wiradjuri country at the foot hills on the snowy mountains.

The centre is located next to the CBD local, schools and hospital.

We are the smaller centre in town with three learning environments,

The Nursery provides education and care for children 6 weeks to 2 years old

The Toddler room provides Education and care for children 2 – 3 years old

The preschool provides a preschool program for children 3 years until they are enrolled in formal schooling

Service Manager

I am Angela the Service manager at Bright Horizons Tumut.

I have a wonderful partner and 3 beautiful children that keep me busy outside of my work.

I have been in Early Childhood for the past 17 years commencing a traineeship after finishing year 12 at school and then going on to complete my Diploma of Education of Care and then my Bachelor of teaching (Birth -5yrs).

The thing I love most about my work in the children’s early years is obviously the cheeky smiles we get from the children every day and that not one day is the same. Whether it be a new skill learnt, a new experience or a new adventure, every day is different.

I am passionate about Nature play having completed courses through the nature academy and also our Out and About program, being able to offer children learning experiences and fun outside the perimeter of the centre.

I am currently completing a certificate 1 in Wiradjuri language.
